What began as a beloved Facebook group with more than 95,000 devoted members has grown into something even more lasting. Thanks to the reach of social media and the broadcast power of GeorgiaRadio.com, Georgia Folk & Farm Lifehas become more than just a community — it's a movement.

Now, we’re combining the best of both worlds: the storytelling, fellowship, and memories shared daily in the Facebook group, and the radio show that quickly became the most popular on GeorgiaRadio.com. This new platform brings it all together under one roof — a permanent online home built for the people of Georgia, by the people of Georgia.
 

The idea started with Wade Peebles — writer, log truck driver, and bona fide Southern raconteur. His gift for storytelling turned a humble Facebook group into one of the most active and heartfelt communities anywhere online. Along the way, Wade teamed up with fellow writer and journalist Matt Jolley, who at the time was running GeorgiaRadio.com. Together, they launched the Georgia Folk & Farm Life show, celebrating the culture, people, and places that make this state special.
 

Now, after more than a year of planning, they’ve built this space to keep the fire going.
